Questions to ask fertility clinic

Just got my appointment through for the fertility clinic, after a couple of months of waiting.

Does anyone know what happens during these meetings? And what should I be asking?

Background - we’ve been trying for a baby for 5 years. I’m 38 and my husband is 54. We got pregnant just over 2 years ago but it ended up being a pregnancy of unknown location. Nothing since. I’ve been tracking my bbt and ovulation (I do regularly ovulate) over the last 6 months or so and also having acupuncture monthly.
