How long should I wait after a chemical pregnancy ???

After months of trying, I finally got my bfp but about a week later I got sick and started bleeding. I went to the hospital and they said it was most likely a chemical pregnancy because my hormone levels were too low. Has any one had this and then a successful pregnancy after? How long should I wait before tying again or should I just keep trying? Does anyone know if it would cause my cycle to be off? I'm so confused and depressed. Any advice ladies?
