Hey guys, a lot of people are having trouble with this. We're working on it! THe first thing to do is to make sure you have the most recent version of the app by going to the app/play store and updating the app. 

After that, open the app and go into your gem settings and make sure that the cyclescope gem is turned on. 

And if that still doesn't work, try entering a new period , save it, and then delete it. If it still doesn't pop up then, please send us an email at support@glowing.com
