Twins and Uterine fibroid

I just got back from the obgyn and she told me i might have a fibroid (or a cyst) Im pregnant with fraternal twin girls! Its my first pregnancy. Im 32 yrs old and she said i probably had that fibroid way before but its good it didnt cause a problem to get pregnant.

Does anybody here has or had them while pregnant (if possible with twins)

The doctor still needs to verify if its a fibroid or cyst. Also one of my babies placenta is covering my uterus 😰 I am 18 weeks and due date is August 19.
