Ok, so I was supposed to start dirty keto or any type of manageable diet for lent but it’s been an epic fail so far. I ordered containers to meal prep & everything but haven’t done anything yet 😩 If you guys don’t mind, drop some meals y’all like most so I can write them down & get started ASAP. I also see little challenges people do for themselves like a 3 day egg diet, 7 days of salad & things like that. Feel free to recommend those too! Any home workout videos and/or exercises y’all like, let me know! I need to get my 💩 together like yesterday!! Time to get back on track, seriously.
