Help!! TMI

So I bleed an insane amount. Today alone I have bled right around a cup worth not my cup a full 8oz cup with giant clots and it’s so painful.. when I first started using my cup I had no issues with overflow, leaking or cramps! First few cycles my cramps were pretty much non existent but now I’m dying the whole time and overflowing constantly. I’ve been to the dr and she didn’t seem to concerned told me to take iron and diagnosed me with pcos after a million tests and ultra sounds. Is there anything I can do to help the cramps or bleeding? Midol and pamprin do nothing heat makes me cramp worse😞
