That looks slightly hard and constipated to me. Can you send the picture to your pediatrician?

Definitely constipated, my son did this a couple times and the pediatrician advised me to give him some 1 oz of prune juice. She said nor to worry if he doesn't poop but to worry if it's hard.

He might be constipated . My pedi suggested 1oz prune juice 1oz warm water to dilute it, help baby almost instantly
