Help me please!! Has anyone experienced this?

I’ve had sex for the first time on December 7 and had a later period. Then my period started on January 11 and had spotting or a light period since...I took 3 pregnancy test and all came back negative but I’ve had spotting or a light period since January and idk what to do. I don’t have a ovgyn because my uncle doesn’t know. But idk if I’m pregnant...and idk what’s happening. Had any one experienced this, I’m 17. I’m also not on birth control...
