Well I been stocking up on fragrance free, hypoallergenic water wipes since I found out I was pregnant, we have 3 big bulk boxes. Well my baby has been battling a diaper rash for a whole month now, got a prescription for nystatin from the pedi, it was getting better but lasting longer than we thought it should took him back to the pedi she said keep doing what we're doing and to wipe with a soft cloth and water instead. You guys this rash was pretty bad , my poor babies butt was bleeding A week and a half of that and it was sooo much better . (But using water and a cloth is super inconvenient) so we switched back to wipes since it was getting better, 3days if THAT and he's back to bleeding. So ofcourse we're back to water and a cloth but once he's entirely healed what should I do ? I got all these wipes with the idea that since I was getting fragrance free and hypoallergenic that there was almost no chance he WOULDNT be able to use them. Would you chance trying them again? What wipes would you try instead? I mean you have to have wipes for your diaper bag I can't just carry around a bucket of poop water and a cloth...
