Antral follicular count

I just got back from my second fertility appointment and they did a day 3 ultrasound and blood work. The nurse told me I have 3 follicles on one side and 6 on the other. She did not seem concerned and said everything looks good. Ill be getting more answers when I meet with the fertility doctor in may to discuss my results. I have been reading however that having less than 15 follicules in total is considered low and typically indicates low ovarian reserves. I am 31 so this should not be the case for me. Anyone have any experience with this ? I realize the doctor will give me more info but the appointment is so far away 😬
