Deformed mom bod help.

Okay, so I was extremely thin before becoming pregnant, I lost my son at 19weeks, got pregnant right away with my rainbow and then gave birth to her. I had a very troubled pregnancy with 27 weeks of bed rest, then I was cleared to work out until she was 6 months old. I had to have two surgeries ( DNC not abortions ) on my uterus after she was born. Well, now that I've started to work out, lose weight my stomach looks freaking deformed. The more I work out the more my belly button goes higher. Like it looks like I have a deformed butthole on my abdomen. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this. Sorry about my ugly stomach, I know its not the prettiest to see, but this is real and I struggled for my daughter so even though its nasty looking, it's like that for a reason.
