Sex after 6weeks

So I finally got the okay from my dr to be sexually active but I was still feeling alil pain down there but since I know my husband has been really wanting to have sex we tried and it hurt so bad I wanted to cry & ever since then I’m been bleeding it’s not a lot but when I wipe after I pee there’s blood and also sometimes when I get up to fast or lift something heavy. Has this happen to anyone or does anyone know if this is normal?
