Turn a posterior baby?

Question

I have an anterior placenta, and for as long as I know my baby’s face has been smooshed into it, and she’s sunny side up (occiput posterior). I’ve already dropped and her head is already anchored in my pelvis. I’m 38+3 and a FTM.
I’ve obviously read a lot of ways to help turn an OP baby but wondering who’s had success and what are best methods from personal experience ?

My first was born direct OP. My labour was quick but pushing was awful, 2.5 hours and she was stuck for a long time so ended up with a hematoma on her head. I tried eveything to get her to flip in the last few weeks- hands and knees rocking, bouncing on a yoga ball, sitting forward over a chair, avoiding lying on my back, swimming breaststroke. You name it. Nothing worked in the end. My 2nd is currently posterior too at 37 weeks (I can tell because I have intense tailbone pain) and I think at this point, it must just be the shape of my pelvis and that's the way it will be for all my births. Regardless of this though, I still managed to push my first out and my labour wasn't long at 7 hours so even if they don't turn it is possible to do it!

My first was face up and he took 40 mins to get out. 8#.... 
Second was face down and he took 4 pushes. 7# 4oz. 
I think 3rd is face down cuz I don’t feel little hands on the front of my pelvis... we will see.

The OB nurse that did our birthing class has said multiple times that doing lunges and being all fours can really help to move baby into OP. She’s a huge advocate for lunges
