Getting there

It’s been a hell of a year. 3 surgeries, another beautiful baby and 56 lbs later, momma is starting to get her groove back. Hoping confidence will start trickling back in. Taking time to work out has given me such Mom guilt, but I’m determined to set aside some time for myself, I hope I can stick with it 💪🏻❤️🤞🏻 what is your best advice for balancing work, kids, and fitness?
