When you get out of the shower do you talk negative or positive about your body?

Depends on the day! To others I would be considered fit but I'm constantly comparing myself to my high school body 😒 I'm 21 and the last year and a half are the first times I haven't been involved Ina sport. I've played 3 sports yesr round since 6th grade so I was constantly in shape and now that I'm married and not physically active all the time  my body is changing! But I'm trying to be positive so today I love my body! ☺️

I don't look at my body when I come out the shower, I dry off, go too my room, cream my skin and out my clothes on

I have put a lot of hard work into my body. I was overweight throughout my adolescence and obese in high school. Over the last five years I've completely changed how I live. I lost over 80 pounds in three years and have gained back 20 since then. I'm more focused on performance than appearance now and results are easier to achieve. So yeah, I smile at my reflection even though I know I have a lot more work to do to get where I want to be. It's all about the journey though. 😁💪💋❤
