Hi guys! I'm 4.5 weeks pregnant with baby no. 2. As of Friday morning, very early, I was awoken by a massive belly ache ... Turned into being nausea too. It somewhat subsided at work mid day but became unbearable later Friday night. It felt like I had an ulcer in my upper stomach but it was wreaking havoc on my entire stomach. Woke up today with the same symptoms; massive belly ache, not interested in food, gurgling stomach noises and very uneasy and tired. I'm fine when laying down big when I get up to move I feel crummy again. Is this morning sickness or a stomach bug? I've had these feelings before when sick with a bug, but the 4 weeks preggo has me worried it could be really bad morning sickness that's not going away! Any ideas ?
