Freezer Supply
For those who work nights and breastfeed how much did you have frozen prior to going back to work and how do you go about it when you do work.
I will work 2-3nights a week so leave house about 6pm and get back about 8/830am. Before a shift I usually sleep 4hours.
Do you nurse, take your nap, then nurse right before leaving? Baby usually eats 8/9pm then will get up 1-2times before I would be back home. I currently have about 40oz or more frozen
