Kegels-if you did them...
Did they help you at all? I did them regularly with my first pregnancy and my labor wasn't bad at all! I pushed for maybe 18 minutes and thought it was a breeze. I haven't been doing them as much this pregnancy (only 12 weeks so far) but was wondering how much I should stress about it. When I have done them this time I can tell my pelvic floor isn't as strong as it used to be. So maybe doing them regularly before helped more than I thought? What're your thoughts?
