Okay so Thursday night I had implantation bleeding along with some left sided cramps, then yesterday afternoon got my first positive test! This mornings test was even darker but shortly after I tested this morning I had cramps in the right lower side of my abdomen off and on all day. Then just not while still have right sided cramps I went to the restroom and had another implantation bleed little more and slightly brighter than the one on Thursday (this is only when I wipe)... could this mean fraternal twins??!!??
