Excruciating sinus pain?

I'm nearly 39 weeks pregnant, and for the past 2 days I've been having horrible sinus pressure and pain. I've been steaming my face, hot teas, warm compresses, saline nasal sprays and tylenol off and on to manage. I'm to the point I feel like I should go to the emergency room maybe. My ob said to see my primary but I can't as it's the weekend and they're not open until Monday. I'm truly in agony, and I have a pretty decent pain tolerance. Any suggestions? Is going to the emergency room too far? Help😥
