Endo/PCOS/Pain question

So I have a slight suspicion that I have PCOS or something similar. I am 28 years old. My ‘symptoms’ began when I was around 24 but have gotten worse recently. Random cramping when I’m not near my period, and pain/pressure in my abdomen/pelvic region during sex. PCOS is genetic on my moms side of the family. I have had the same partner for 3 years and we are both STD free so I know it’s not that. The cramping is not crippling, but it is definitely pretty uncomfortable. The sex pain can be very intense and I will need to take a break until it eases up. I do not have health insurance so I wanted to post on here to see if any women who have experienced these symptoms might have some insight. I don’t want to jump the gun into thinking I have endo or PCOS because I know these are awful problems to have... but wanted to get some opinions from other women who might have it before I have to fork out a ton of money at the Dr.
