DUMB f’ing question and yes I’m posting this anonymously BUT- hear me out.

So my periods have been regular since last year, July. I got a period in Jan, then I knew I was ovulating we Baby danced and then BAM. No period feb. test after test after test said NOPE! So, I ended up going to the DR & having him put a order in for blood work. He checked my thyroid, HGC & Hormones. All normal and negative. So I’m like whatever ok, I’m just skipping a month. And I still haven’t gotten a period in March I was suppose to start 2 days ago.

Currently my period is 32 days late I’m in a 50 day cycle right now.. so my question is, could your blood work and testing be negative and if they did an ultrasound could there be a baby in there!? (I read online that it could happen) Has anything similar happened to you guys?
