No implantation bleeding?

I haven’t had any implantation bleeding, but I’m nauseous and eating soooo much and I can’t sleep enough. Idk if that’s normal at 4weeks but yea

I never had it. Almost 6 weeks, now. No spotting so far either.

This is my 3rd and I didn't have implantation bleeding with any of them. 
I've been starving since I found out i was pregnant at 3 weeks. Now I'm 7 weeks still starving but everything makes me nauseous 😔

I never had implantation bleeding either.. I wish my appetite was better.. I’m 6 weeks and 2 days.. my boobs are soo sore that’s my main thing, plus no appetite and getting car sick.
