Am I the only one who gets pain under their left boob but never the right?

Sometimes I get a stabbing pain and I can’t take a deep breath. Doctor said it’s like a muscle spasm and likely caused by stress.

I only get that while heavily pregnant. Like 2nd trimester both pregnancies.
