How am I supposed to feel?

How do you guys cope with all these pregnancy announcements? I feel like crying my eyes out everyday because of infertility and going on instagram or Facebook and it’s like someone new is pregnant. I feel hopeless.

I know how you feel, it's not easy. In the end I decided to just delete my Facebook account and it's made a huge difference for my mental health - I found it always filled with so much negativity anyway. You can also just "unfollow" Facebook friends once they've announced their pregnancy so you don't see all the bump and baby related posts in your newsfeed. Just do whatever you have to do to feel better.
