I have bipolar disorder that started before pregnancy and I’ve been on multiple psych meds for it which have helped. Unfortunately still developed PPD :/ Still trying to work on a new regimen that works for me. PPD sucks. FTM and PPD is by far the hardest part.

I had depression much of my life and was completely terrified that I was going to have old but surprisingly I didn't develop it. I did have to deal with pp anxiety but that wasn't bad either. I'm entirely grateful and my heart goes out to anyone who has ppd. Y'all are supper moms!!

I've had depression at my adult life and now have ppd .. my baby is 8 weeks old 😩 I'm so done

Yes but I thought that’s just how people felt after having a baby so I never did seek help. I cried almost daily for a good 2 months. Now I know better and if I feel the same after this pregnancy, I will definitely talk with someone about it and get on meds if I need to.

I’m still on Zoloft 6 Months postpartum for my depression. It’s been the hardest part of having my baby.
