Lactose intolerance after pregnancy?

What’s happening!? I love milk I drink it all the time, for months during my pregnancy I craved chocolate milk. I’m 2 weeks pp and every time I drink it my stomach feels like poop. Has this happened to anyone else? Will it go away? 😭😭😭 🥛 🐄

Became intolerant during my first pregnancy 4 years ago, still intolerant even though I have tried reintroducing dairy so many times 😔

Before I had my first I was lactose intolerant. Then had her and it was gone. After giving birth to my second It seems to be back 😭

Happened to me with my first , during pregnancy i could not have milk always made me sick , made me vomite , after daughter was born anything milk related makes me sick (stomach pain and poop) its been 5 years since daughter was born , so i only drink milk when im really dying for some.
