2 days ago found i have an ovarian cyst. Been in pain for about 8 months now. The doctors say i have to wait 3-4 months before they will surgically remove it. My period last 2-4 weeks.. so i am in pain feels like alll the time! My flow is so heavy i have to wear a pad and tampon and change them every half our cuz they are both full.. have any advice!? What i can do to help it and take away the pain without poping pills.... plz help!!
