Super embarrassing problem with butt

This is really embarrassing to write I just want to know if anyone else has this problem.

My butt crack is always like... wet. It’s not some big problem like anal leakage. Maybe it’s just sweat idk but it’s really nasty.

I feel like I have to dry it a lot. And it’s mainly when I wake up
