Okay I am 24 weeks. For 2 days I have had major lower back pain. Well today I was at a baby shower and it's cold outside 60 degrees. Been outside for 3 hours and my entire crotch is soaked so it can't be sweat. And I have had these really sharp pains coming from my left hip to my belly button randomly all day long. My mom thinks I coulee be going into preterm labor and the 24 hour nurse told me to go ahead and go into the er since my doctors office isn't open. What do you guys think is going on ? I'm freaked out
