Hey all.

Since around 3:30pm yesterday I have started to throw up everything I eat 😔

I had a salad at 330 and threw that up in 15 minutes. Then at 10pm I had some peaches, those stayed down but I could feel the struggle of them staying down. And this morning I wasn’t even hungry so had some jello, and I feel that struggling.

I have not thrown up at all until now. What to do ? I feel bad for the baby I am not giving them the nutrients they need 😭😔 any help would be grateful !
