I’m probably worrying about nothing..

So I took a test this last Thursday that would have been early before my period would come glow says my period should be in two days (it Varies for me..) my hubby and I had sex March 7th and multiple times after that too. The test read positive it was 2 weeks after the first time. I’ve had some cramping, & definitely mood swings and I would say I’ve been peeing more.. but early this morning like 5-6 I had cramps that felt little more strong..& had some bleeding nothing like my actually period amount. Is this telling me I’m not pregnant..? I’m reading everything I can about early symptoms and sings your pregnant but I just want to know lol..
