Second pregnancy after being high risk with first?

My daughter is 8 month old and i just found out i am pregnant again 😊. With my daughter i was considered high risk with suspected iugr (growth restriction). Has anyone been high risk with the first and not the second or should I expect to go through the same thing as my daughter?

I’m in the UK and different hospitals here have different policies. If your first was very low birthweight then there’s a good chance you will need extra growth scans. I’ve been advised I will probably be offered extra scans at 28, 32, and 36 weeks on the NHS. My first weighed 4 pounds 6, I also had preeclampsia and a post partum haemorrhage.
