What type of water to give baby with formula?

This may sound dumb, but I’m prepared for the mean comments if I get any. Lol. What type of water should you give newborns or babies if you are formula feeding? I’m a first time mom. Can you put bottled water mix with formula in their bottles or do I need to by the gallon of water that is beside the baby’s formula?

I just did regular tap. No need to boil. Our doc said if it is good enough for you to drink, it’s good enough for baby

Tap, bottled, gallon. Honestly whatever is closest. Out ped and hospital said we could use whatever we wanted, but we have “good” water and our son had no complications.

I use filtered tap water. Unless your baby is premature, the only thing you need to be aware of is fluoride. Formula has added fluoride so you want to use water without added fluoride.

I use a brita water filter. But I’ve also just turned the tap on and got it to the temp I needed and done it that way as well 🤷🏻‍♀️

I just used bottled water it’s what we drink since where we lived water didn’t taste the best. But whatever you want to use is fine

Ok the uk we are told to use water out the tap boiled. We are told not to use bottled water in uk

My sister used purifies bottle water. I’ll probably do the same when the time come for formula
