Scan out?

Has anyone ever had a early scan before 10/11 weeks and then went to there 12 week scan and been giving different dates?

Dates change all through pregnancy since they are measurement based. I wouldn't worrh.

I did. But the different dates were substantially different. Our little girl had severe IUGR due to a severe chromosome issue. She ended up dying at 14 weeks, although according to earlier scans (which they should have gone by) she was more 16ish weeks. We know she had a heartbeat the day before we lost her, and when she was born she measured the size of a 12 week baby. So yes, I did, but as I said the sizes were substantial and not the normal out by a few days.
