Acanthosis on hands?
Anyone have acanthosis nigricans on their knuckles? Mine have always been a little darker than the rest of my fingers with noticeably thicker skin too.
Now that I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS I guess it’s from the insulin resistance. But everywhere I read they mention neck, armpits and groin but I think I definitely have on my knuckles. Anyone else?
