Perineal tear question

I’m about 18 days pp. I had second degree tears near my urethra and then also a perineal tear partway between the vagina and anus. 😬

I have noticed an increase in burning after urinating. Is this normal? It feels pretty bad for a while so I’ve been spraying the lidocaine spray, which helps. It’s not the actual peeing that hurts, just afterward. It’s kinda hard to know what’s normal down there..
