Hey everyone! Just wondering if anyone has any optimum sex positions for conceiving that have worked in the past or that feel the best to have an orgasm. Also, I've had real issues with the semen coming right out after sex and I feel that not enough is staying in to conceive. Any advice? We've tried him staying inside longer but that's hasn't worked so great.
