EXTREMELY EXCESSIVE BLEEDING

I don’t have a job currently bc it’s THAT BAD. I need to have something done about this. But I’m 21. And I don’t have insurance so what the hell can I do? Where could I go to get some help? I DONT want any form of birth control I’m pretty sure that’s what messed me up being on it from 13-19 years old...
