Is too much unprecedented sex bad?

I have the arm IUD, ever since I've gotten it me and my boyfriend haven't used protection and he also "finishes" inside me. 
I was wondering if too much unprecedented sex is bad with the implant.

And you're protected against all sex with your form of birth control.

I assume you mean unprotected sex -- no condom. The amount of sex you have won't impact the effectiveness of birth control. But you should remember that the implant does not protect against STI's so every time you have unprotected sex you are exposing yourself to a potential infection.
