Better option for name for girl?

Question

I like the name North for my daughter but I’m afraid she will be go her whole life being compared to Kim and Kanye’s daughter North West.
Also Penelope.. disick Kourtney and Scott’s daughter that could also be someone she will compared too but I think it’s less likely since Penelope is more common than north. 
I just like these two names, not a fan or obsessor of the Kardashian’s.

Penelope is a way more common name and no one will think of kourtney and Scott unless they’re like a megafan or something. North is such an extra name and will absolutely be compared to kim and Kanye.
