I've gained 9lbs in 3 weeks 🤔😩
How is this possible?
Before pregnancy, 5'7, 131lbs, size 4.
Now... 164lbs. 30 weeks as of yesterday so due June 1st. This cant be right. I thought this would be the most weight I've gained at the end of pregnancy. Constipation is not helping either ðŸ˜
- I've read that every woman gains a different amount of amniotic fluid and that increases weight gain.
- Any tips for this? I recently bought compression socks to help with swelling.
