Am I having twins or a singleton?

Hi ladies! I just want to start by saying I know there is absolutely no way that a pregnancy test can tell you for sure if you are having twins or a Singleton, this is strictly for fun purposes. I had a very strong positive very early when I was pregnant with my daughter who was a twin, but we lost her twin at only 7 weeks pregnant. I thought this would be fun to pass the time before I see my doctor ❤
I will post an update once I have an ultrasound!
