3 days late.. brown discharge now.

Yesterday I posted something about how i am late and i have heavy discharge. Today i still have discharge but it is brown today. & only when I wipe. I did take an HPT and got a BFN the day I was supposed to get AF. How should i consider this.. should I consider it beginning of AF? OR wait it out?
