Period pains

If anything I come on here just to take polls and keep up with my period but lately I need ways to ease my menstrual cramps 🥺. I feel like im about to die or something. I went the hospital like some years ago because of my period. The obgyn was just as confused as I was to figure out why does my ovaries swell up really big... they put me on birth control but that only made me go poop a lot. Hot showers aren’t working, I dont have funds to get peppermint oil, the hot towel method doesn’t work, the damn medications dont work, exercising? Count that out. PLEASE HELP ME 😪 im in such excruciating pain
