My periods are normally always on time within 3 days of expected arrival. Like clockwork every month. My husband and I have been TTC for a while and recently had a stressful month with some house emergencies/ death in the family/work... I experienced what I think were a couple intense panic attacks one of which landed me in the ER (doc said my blood work and x rays etc were all perfect) . Can something like this mess with my cycle? I began spotting last Friday 3/15 very light pink only noticeable when I would wipe.. yesterday I finally started to cramp and have been getting my “period bleed” on and off yesterday and today finally.
