i need answers!!!

I just went to the bathroom and noticed i was bleeding heavily, (i have a heavy flow the first couple days of my period) but i went on <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">eve</a> and noticed i just ended my period 2 weeks ago. The only reason why im stressed is because about 6 days ago i took a Plan B. so idk if this is because im pregnant, miscarriage, or if its just an irregular period.
