So last Friday (the 15th) I started Metformin for PCOS. Today I FINALLY got my first period in 64 days! I was so happy to finally get it, but for some reason my body thought it would be much comical to start the period IN THE MIDDLE OF A INTERIOR PELVIC ULTRASOUND....... Oh yeah.......very funny body!!! You're a natural born comedian!!!! But all in all I'm very happy to know the medicine is helping regulate me and helped start my period!!!!

So far I haven't had any side effects other then being really sleepy the first few days last week, but that wore off soon enough. Hopefully this cycle will be mine and my husband's day for conception!!!

Has anyone concieved with Metformin alone???? If so how long did it take???
