i had a bit of a scare about 2wks ago when they started at work. happening like multiple in an hour and the next day even when laying down. followed up with my doc and reassured me they are just bh but i just fall into that category where they happen throughout the day several times no matter how much i drink even a very full bladder triggers them I've found.

I don't have them everyday. Just sometimes. If you're getting them everyday try drinking more water.

I don’t think I’ve had any? Sometimes I’ll get like intense period like cramps and then I end pooping.. is that what it feels like? 🤣

I had absolutely zero contractions of an kind with my daughter. She was breech and we did a c-section. But now pregnant with my son I get them! It’s so weird to feel my belly go rock hard. I just poke it til it goes away. But I noticed I was getting them a lot more when I went through a phase of drinking more gatorade and Sprite rather than just water.

I tend to get them when my bladder is filling up 😂 I get one I know I’ll be in the bathroom in next 5 minutes 😂😂

I experience them at night while sleeping. It doesn’t hurt. Just a tightness around my belly. Just one or two. What hurts are those ligament stretches around my pelvis. Especially if I walk a little too quick. Or driving. They even happen while sitting. 😰
