I've had my copper IUD in over a month now, during that first month I had no sex for two weeks and then the following two weeks my period came (so no sex for a month during Feb) and I hadn't tried sex until march rolled over. I'm freaking out a bit, I have this last week of March to figure if my period is coming or not. I've had intense cramps much like the sensation of having the copper inserted for the first time but yet no blood! I feel immense pain on the right side of my pelvis and I find spots of brown discharge on my panties through the past week yet no visible menstrual blood.

Would my IUD have moved? Should I be feeling this much pain near my (should be) period cycle, is it normal? I'm just hoping my IUD hadn't dislodged or find myself pregnant by the end of the month!
